CODE OF CONDUCT

We are committed to providing a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment for all members, players, volunteers, and visitors.

Our Code of Conduct outlines the standards of behaviour expected at all activities, including social play, competitions, and events.

It helps ensure that everyone can enjoy badminton in a safe, friendly, and supportive atmosphere.

All members are expected to read, understand, and follow the Code of Conduct at all times.

Code of Conduct

 

All BVASA members are expected to:
  • Follow all Association policies and guidelines
  • Treat everyone with respect and courtesy.
  • Refrain from discrimination, harassment, or bullying.
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive environment.
  • Act with honesty and integrity in all club matters.
  • Compete fairly and play by the rules.
  • Show good sportsmanship, win or lose.
  • Respect referees, officials, teammates, and opponents.

 

Disciplinary Measures:

Breaches of this Code may result in:

  • A verbal or written warning
  • Suspension from club activities.
  • Termination of membership (in serious or repeated cases).
